About Bookcess

Hello!

My name is Ana, and I specialize in helping small businesses organize their finances and prepare for tax season. I have a passion for detail and organization, and I’m dedicated to making your business more orderly.

I graduated from FAU with a degree in accounting and have been assisting friends and family with their bookkeeping since 2016. I decided to extend my services to other small business owners by founding Bookcess LLC, a company committed to helping businesses succeed.

Bookkeeping isn’t for everyone; it requires meticulous attention to detail and timely record-keeping. I’m here to lend a hand so you can focus on growing your business and doing what you do best. I offer a range of services that your business may need, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), reconciliation, monthly reports, and 1099 preparation, among others.

My goal is to make everything easy and stress-free, allowing you to concentrate on your business. I’m always happy to connect and collaborate whenever you need assistance!
